• Refund of 100% from the total amount purchased, if given 2 days notice

• Replacement of product is based on the discretion of the Management and it is applicable upon recipient’s rejection to which the Management deemed valid. Therefore, upon delivery (especially cakes), we will request the recipient to check the condition of the product before signing the Delivery Order.

• Fruits basket: Our fruits are purchased upon Order confirmation. We will not be able to guarantee the sweetness of the fruits but we can be certain on the quality of fruits. We do have a label to advise the recipient not to remain the fruits in the basket for more than 3days in order to enjoy the freshness of the fruits.

• Heart To Heart Florist & Gift will not disclose the price of the product to the recipient or anyone related to the recipient.

• You will be able to check online your previous purchase (if you are registered as a member).

• The credit card payment gateway is powered by ipay88 and all major credit cards can be used in this gateway.

• Heart To Heart Florist & Gift is not responsible for the declined credit card. Kindly check with your respective bank should this occur.
